What do you do with your home made samosa patti sides? I fry them till crisp and use them in making chat. It is super easy and tasty.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, spring onion greens, green chillies and the boiled potatoes.
* Step 2
Fry the strips of the sides of the homemade samosa patti. You can also cut regular samosa patti into long strips and deep fry them.
* Step 3
Mix the chopped ingredients in a bowl. Add salt, chat masala, lemon juice and red chilli powder. Mix well. Add the samosa katran and mix well. Enjoy!
