Stuffed Moong Dal Cheela

Ingredient

1/2 cup +2 tbsp

moong dal

3 cloves

garlic

1/2 inch

ginger

1/4 tsp

half

to taste

Salt

1 tsp

eno

2 tbsp

butter

1/2 tsp

chat masala

1/8 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the moong dal for 2 to 3 hours. Grind it to a smooth paste along with, salt ginger, garlic and green chillies.

In a bowl mix together the onion, capsicum, salt, pepper, chat masala and set aside.

Just before making the cheela add eno to the batter and mix well. Heat a pan and add butter to it. Pour the moong batter and spread evenly. Cover and cook for 7 to 8 minutes. Flip over and make 8 slice cuts like you would cut a pizza but not all the way though.

* Step 4

Carefully open the triangles and place the onion stuffing inside. Sprinkle all the cheese and close the triangles. Cover and simmer for another 5 minutes. Remove on a plate and cut the triangles properly. Enjoy!
