Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add little water at a time to the besan and mix well to get a thick lump free batter. Add the remaining water and mix well.

* Step 2

Now add haldi, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves, green chillies, sesame seeds, hing, curd, ginger and garlic. Mix everything well.

* Step 3

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a vessel. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter. Lower the flame and add the besan mixture. Cook while stirring constantly for 10 - 12 minutes or till the batter is thick and starts leaving the sides of the pan. Meanwhile, grease a tray with oil and set aside.

* Step 4

Once the batter is thick enough pour it in the greased pan. Flatten well with the back of the spoon. Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Remove and cut into 2-inch squares. Deep fry in hot oil and Enjoy!
