Watermelon Granita

Granite is an Italian frozen dessert made by hand instead of machine. Coarse and flakier like snow it melts deliciously in the mouth.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the ingredients and put in a tray.
* Step 2
Place in the freezer. After every hour scrape it with a fork to get a flaky texture.
* Step 3
Once it's completely ready store it in an airtight container in the freezer. Serve individually garnished with mint leaves and a sprinkle of pepper.
