Chicken Teen Pyaaza

This recipe is called chicken teen pyaaza as it has 3 variants of onions used. Fried onion, raw onion soaked in vinegar and spring onions. Easy to prepare and high on taste.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak sliced onion and green chillies in vinegar and keep aside.
* Step 2
Make a paste of fried onion and red chillies and set aside
* Step 3
Melt butter in a pan. Saute the cashews, remove and cool. Prepare a paste and set aside.
* Step 4
In the same butter add 2 tbsp oil. Add ginger garlic paste and saute. Add the chicken pieces and saute on high flame for a few minutes.
* Step 5
Add onions and chilli paste, tomato puree, salt and sugar. Mix well. Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Now add cashew paste, jeera powder, pepper powder and garam masala powder. Mix well. Add the cherry tomatoes. Cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Add spring onion and mix well. Cook till oil floats on top.
* Step 6
Garnish with onions and chillies soaked in vinegar. Serve with parathas. Enjoy! :)
