Healthy besan ka paneer stuffed dosa

#morningbreakfast Health bhi taste bhi. This is a quick besan ka dosa which is also very healthy.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare a fairly thin batter by mixing besan, haldi, red chilli powder, chaat masala, salt, hing and water. The consistency of batter should be such that it coats the spoon.

* Step 2

Mix all the ingredients mentioned under paneer stuffing.

* Step 3

Heat a non stick pan, smear some ghee over it with the help of a brush. Sprinkle some water and wipe clean.

* Step 4

Pour the besan batter and spread with the help of a small bowl or the back of a ladle.

* Step 5

Pour some ghee around the edges. Cook on medium to high flame till the dosa leaves the sides of the pan.

* Step 6

Place the paneer stuffing in the centre of the dosa. Cook till dosa is nice and crisp. Fold into cylindrical shape and remove from pan. Serve hot. Health bhi..taste bhi.
