Sabudana khichdi
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the sabudana 3-4times soak it in water for5-6hours
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds when the seeds starts crackling add green chili, turmeric and chopped potato cover and cook on low heat till potatoes are done add soaked sabudana, coriander and salt
* Step 3
Cover and cook on.low heat till sabudana turns translucent add lemon juice
