Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Now heat a dosa tawa, then pour batter now spread all chopped veggies then press each toppings using a spoon gently so that they stick to the batter perfectly.
* Step 2
Drizzle little oil and allow to cook the bottom of mini uttapam next carefully filp the uttapam and cook till all the toppings are well done.
* Step 3
Transfer to the serving plate and serve with any chutney.
