Suji halwa
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee in a pan and add suji and fry on low heat keep stirring when suji become golden colour
* Step 2
At the same time in another pan dissolve the sugar and elachi in the water over low heat and keep on simmer till required
* Step 3
Whenthe suji is brown add sugar water and chopped dry fruits and bring to a boil then simmer till the water absorbed now halwa is ready now garnish with coconut and dryfruits
