Matter kulcha pizza

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak peas in enough water for 6-7 hours or overnight.
* Step 2
Once soaked properly cook the peas in water and add salt, turmeric and ginger in a pressure cooker for about 3-4 whistles.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan and add hing ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, jeera and green chilli in it and stir fry now add chopped tomato and saute for 5 minutes then add all masala and mix well.
* Step 4
Now add boiled peas and mix well, add garam masala, coriander leaves and kasoori methi and mix well and keep aside to cool down.
* Step 5
Spread a spoonful of mixture on the kulcha.
* Step 6
Add sliced onion, capsicum, tomatoes,green chilli, red chilli corrinder leaves salt, chat masala and lemon juice.
* Step 7
Now heat a tawa add butter to cook the matter kulcha pizza facing upside down.
* Step 8
Now turn the kulcha add cheese and cover and cook until cheese melts
* Step 9
Slice and serve matter kulcha pizza hot.
