Chicken seekh kabab
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Whisk the eggs add jeera powder, chilli powder, white paper, salt oil and add in the mince and mix well.
* Step 3
Add kaju, ginger, garlic, onion, chopped corrinder, garam masala, green chiiy mix well
* Step 4
Using wet hands take some mixture and spread it around a skewers
* Step 5
Heat a tawa and drizzle some oil on it place the seekh kabab on the tawa
* Step 6
Cook turning from time to time so that they cook evenly all around baste with oil
* Step 7
Remove from skewers and brush with butter
* Step 8
Serve hot with onion rings, spring onion, lemon wedges and green chutney
