Immunity Booster Amla Coconut Chutney

#CFF This is a traditional recipe from my mother's kitchen slightly tweaked by me to suit my family's taste and health preferences.

Ingredient

Curd

1/2 tsp

Jeera

1/4 tsp

Methi seeds

Pinch

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the amla clean. Chop them and remove the seeds.

* Step 2

Add coconut, amla, green chillies to a mixer jar and grind it

* Step 3

Add curd and salt and grind to a slightly coarse paste. Do not add water now.

* Step 4

Add a coconut oil tadka with mustard seeds, jeera, methi seeds, hing, dry red chillies and curry leaves.

Serve with rice and dal or Rasam. Also tastes superb as accompaniment with curd rice.
