Whole-wheat Tutti-frutti cake
Wholesome and healthy tea-time cake without maida and butter, yet very yumm.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 deg. Grease a loaf pan with oil and dust with flour. If available line it with parchment paper.
* Step 2
Toss tutti fruity in tbsp of flour and set aside. This stops the tutti fruity from sinking to the bottom of the pan.
* Step 3
Sift wheat flour, cornflour, salt, baking soda, powdered sugar and mix well.
* Step 4
Now add in milk, oil, vanilla and mix well. Now add in tutti fruity and mix well.
* Step 5
Pour into the pan and bake for 45 mins till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
* Step 6
After cooling thoroughly demould it and slice into pieces
