Chicken Popsicles
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a chopper or mixer grinder add chicken, bread slices,ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, soya sauce, red chilli powder, salt, grind until well combined
* Step 2
Grease your hands with oil & make a ball of mince mixture, press cut into desired shape as shown below.make shape of ice cream,insert Popsicle stick & refrigerate for 30 mins
* Step 3
Now in a plate add egg, milk, salt & pepper powder beat everything well
* Step 4
Next dip chicken Popsicle in beaten egg & coat in bread crumbs nicely from all sides
* Step 5
In a frying pan heat 1 cup oil & fry chicken Popsicles on low flame until fried well from both the sides.
* Step 6
Chicken Popsicles are ready to serve, serve it with dips of your choice
* Step 7
Note - soak Popsicles stick in water for at least 20 mins before inserting it to chicken mince mixture.
