3/4 cup

skimmed milk

8 cloves

chopped garlic

1/4 tsp

turmeric

1/2 tbsp

lemon juice

3 tbsp

oil

1/2 cup

green peas

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak soya granules in milk for 1/2hr

* Step 2

Heat a pan, add oil & chopped onion,salt saute till lightly brown

* Step 3

Add garlic and cook for a min, add ginger,then add all masala powders and 2tbsp water

* Step 4

Stir well and cook for 2mins. Add peas and 1/4 cup water & mix well. Cover & cook till peas are nearely done. Add soaked soya granules along with the milk & cook till almost dry

* Step 5

Add coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix well

* Step 6

Switch off the flame

* Step 7

Serve hot with rotis, naans, parathas
