Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan add oil and add the cumin seeds and curryleaves
* Step 2
Add the urad and moong Dal & the peanuts
* Step 3
Add the ginger and saute. add the sliced onions and saute
* Step 4
Add the cumin and coriander powder.Add the chillies and adjust the salt
* Step 5
Stir and add 2 cup water. The ratio should be 1:2.double the quantity of water to the vermicelli
* Step 6
Once a boil comes, add the vermicelli.Let it cook. you can cover it with lid.
* Step 7
Once all the water is absorbed, garnish with fresh coriander leaves
