Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take the eggs add the cream and whisk
* Step 2
Whisk till nice frothy and fluffy. Take milk in a plate and dip the bread on 1 side, turn and dip on the other side
* Step 3
Take the milk dipped bread and now dunk it in the whisked egg. Turn the bread and let it soak the other side too
* Step 4
Place the egg soaked bread on a hot griddle brushed with some ghee.Sprinkle some Jaggery powder and spread it
* Step 5
Sprinkle some cinnamon powder. Turn and fry on other side too. Add some ghee over before turning.
* Step 6
Enjoy warn with some fruits.
