Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take the ghee and puff the gum and remove it
* Step 2
In the same ghee add the rawa
* Step 3
Roast the Rawa till pink in colour
* Step 4
Add the aata now and roast till nice aroma comes
* Step 5
Add the jaggery and keep stirring till it melts
* Step 6
Add the khoya and the elachi powder and mix well
* Step 8
Keep stirring till ghee starts to leave from the sides
* Step 9
Spread the mixture on a greased thali
* Step 10
Garnish with nuts and gond and cut into squares
