Roasted fenugreek seeds,cummin seed, fennel seeds
* Step 2
Cool it and grind it in mixie jar then add manjishtha churna (it is optional)
* Step 3
Ready mixer and Pour in airtite container
* Step 4
Daily use morning 1 glass of water and 1 spoon of mixer then add gratted ginger boil it until small glass of water
* Step 5
Ready detox water(it reduced fat of hole body slowly)
* Step 6
See the picture then add water. Repeat hole day in any time then evening 6 o’ clock stop it
