Immunity booster rasam

#rain21 #monsoon This is best recipe for rainy days . It improve our immunity because all ingredients of this recipe are very good in properties. You can take this rasam as soup too .

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, in a big bowl take water and add tomatoes into it. Boil it until the tomatoes peel starts to separate. Turn off the gas. let it cool down.

When tomatoes are cool down, peel them and in a grinder, grind these tomatoes and make a puree. Keep this aside.

Now in a grinder take,ginger-garlic, cumin seeds, black peppercorn. Grind it well. paste is ready.

* Step 4

Now in a pan take 2 tsp oil, add c mustard seeds, curry leaves, then add grinded paste, cook for about 2-3 minutes. Then add tomato puree and tamarind water. Cook for 6-7 minutes. Add turmeric powder, salt as per taste, and jaggery powder. Mix well.

* Step 5

Immunity booster rasam is ready to garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve piping hot.
