#GA4 #week2 #fenugreek Method gota is very famous recipe from gujrat state . It is very delicious snack recipe made with fenugreek leaves and gram flour .

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First take fenugreek leaves,wash it well and chopped it.

* Step 2

Now add gram flour,sooji,ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves,green chillies,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt.

* Step 3

Now add little water and make thick paste. Then add leMon juice and baking soda. Mix it well.batter is ready.

* Step 4

Now take a pan add oil,when oil is getting hot. Put batter with spoon into oil and fry these gotas till it becomes golden brown in color. Methi gota is ready.Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
