Foccasia bread is very delicious bread . It is very easy to make. I have used tomato and onion in this bread .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First in a bowl take lukewarm milk,add yeast,a pinch of salt,sugar and 1 tsp all purpose flour.Mix all ingredients.Keep it aside for 30 minutes until mixture becomes forthy.
* Step 2
Now in a bowl,take all purpose flour,add forthy yeast mix,all salt as per taste and little bit water. Knead it well and make soft dough.
* Step 3
In a bowl,spread some olive oil and put dough in it and cover it. Keep it aside at warm place for about 1 hour,until it becomes double in size.
* Step 4
Now take cake tin,grease it well.Then put bread crumbs in it and spread well. Now take dough and put dough into tin and spread it well. Pour some olive oil on it and make holes. Now put chopped onion and tomato and basil leaves. Again rest this dough for about 45 minutes at warm place. Until it becomes double in size.
* Step 5
When dough becomes double in size then bake this into preheated oven at 180 degree for about 25 minutes.focaasia bread is ready.Sprinkle some chilli flakes,salt and oregano powder. Serve hot.
