Gud bajre ki roti

This is my favorite winter dish . My grandma always use to make this roti .
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First in a pot, add 1 cup water,now add grated jaggery and cardamom powder. Put it on medium flame and cook it ungli jaggery desolves. Turn off the flame. Let it cool until lukewarm.
* Step 2
Now in a big bowl,add bajre ka atta (pearl millet flour),dry ginger powder,fennel seeds and 2 tbsp clarified butter. Mix all Ingredients well.. Mix all ingredients well.
* Step 3
Now add jeggery water little by little and make a dough.
* Step 4
Now take small portion of dough and make a ball, now take butter paper,put this ball on it now cover it with another butter paper and roll this ball with roller pin and make roti shape.
* Step 5
Now take a pan,and put this roti on it.Cook this roti from both sides on low flame by using clarified butter.repeat this process with remaining dough and make more rotis.
* Step 6
Gud wali bajre ki roti is ready enjoy with some chopped cashew nuts.
