Roasted peanut pops
This is very easy to make and eye-catching recipe . You can make these pops in parties .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First in a pan add peanuts and roast it until nice aroma coming out.Turn off the gas. Let it cool down and separate cover from the peanuts.
* Step 2
Now in a grinder take roasted peanuts and grind it well,make a fine powder.
* Step 3
Now in a pan add roasted peanut powder,designated coconut powder and clarified butter.Then add cardamom powder. Mix all ingredients well. Now add condensed milk into this and cook until mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
* Step 4
Turn off the gas and let the mix cool down.
* Step 5
Grease your palm with some clarified butter,take some portion of mix and roll it like papaya. Repeat this process with remaining mix and make more pops with it.
* Step 6
Now in a plate take some designated coconut powder roll these pops into that.
* Step 7
Use saute sticks or papaya sticks for holding these pops.Garnish these pops with toppings of your choice.
