Instant sesame peanut balls
It is very easy to make recipe for this sankranti festival . It is very healthy recipe .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First in a pan add sesame seeds. Roast until nice aroma coming out.Turn off the gas.Transfer it into plate.
* Step 2
In a same pan add peanuts, roast it until nice aroma coming out. Turn off the gas.Let it cool down. Remove cover from peanuts.
* Step 3
In a grinder add roasted sesame seeds and peanuts. Grind it well and make fine powder. Transfer this into a big bowl.
* Step 4
Now add jaggery powder to the sesame seeds and peanut powder. Then add cardamom powder and clarified butter. Mix all ingredients well.apply some clarified butter on palm,take some portion of mix and make lemon size ball. Repeat this process and make more balls.Instant sesame peanut balls are ready.
