Stuffed mushrooms

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

* Step 2

Cut stems off mushrooms and finely chop them, set mushroom caps aside for later

* Step 3

Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat add chopped mushroom stems, cook until tender. Add garlic, cook 1 minute. Remove from heat add to bowl

* Step 4

In bowl add cooked mushrooms, bread crumbs, cream cheese, parmesan, salt, pepper, and parsley. Stir.

* Step 5

Space out mushroom caps on baking sheet, fill with mixture, top with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.

* Step 6

Bake 20 minutes.
