Turmeric powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Par boil chopped mushroom and matar(green peas). Now heat oil in a cooker and add cumin seeds,cloves,cinnamon and hing and saute them. Now add grind paste of ginger and Gaelic,onion,tomato and tomato ketchup and saute them on sim. Now add turmeric powder,black pepper powder,coriander powder and salt as per taste,maggi magic masala-1/2teaspoon and mix well on

* Step 2

Now add boiled mushroom and matar and crushed kasuri methi and mix well on sim for 2 minutes. Now add milk mixed with water-1big katori and give whistles. Serve hot with chspatties,rice or parathas Madhu rai kalra
