1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper powder-

-1/4 teaspoon

Coriander powder

Ajwain-

1-2 teaspoons

Desi ghee-

as required

oil or ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First take wheatflour and add grated beetroot and gratedcarrot and mix well.

* Step 2

Add dry masalas-salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder and ajwain and mix well.

* Step 3

Now add drops of oil or butter and mix well.

* Step 4

Now knead the soft dough with water and keep it aside.

* Step 5

Now take a ball from the dough and roll it with rolling pin.

* Step 6

Now cook paratha from both the sides on tawa by applying ghee on it.

* Step 7

Serve hot with curd,tea or coffee.
