Sweet Potato Balls

1/2 teaspoon

Coriander powder

3-4 teaspoons or as required

Besan to bind them

as required

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, mash the boiled sweet potatoes in a bowl.

* Step 2

Now add all the dry masalas, salt, black pepper powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ajwain, Kasuri methi, and mix all well.

* Step 3

Now add besan, chopped coriander leaves, and mix well.

Make balls.

Now heat oil and deep fry them.

Serve hot with any chutney or ketchup you like.
