Sweetpotato is very healthy and nutritious and these balls csn be used as sweetpotato kofta curry also.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, mash the boiled sweet potatoes in a bowl.
* Step 2
Now add all the dry masalas, salt, black pepper powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ajwain, Kasuri methi, and mix all well.
* Step 3
Now add besan, chopped coriander leaves, and mix well.
* Step 5
Now heat oil and deep fry them.
* Step 6
Serve hot with any chutney or ketchup you like.
