Ingredient

1 small katori

Suji-

3-4 teaspoons

Wheat flour-

1 small katori

Milk-

to taste

Salt

1/4 teaspoon

Black pepper powder-

1/4 teaspoon

Coriander powder-

Pinch

ajwain

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make a smooth flowy batter with all suji,wheat flour,grated carrot anddry masalas.

* Step 2

Mix and beat gently well.

* Step 3

Now grease the appe pan.

* Step 4

Now pour the batter in each vaccum and cover with lid.

* Step 5

Cook on sim from both the sides.

* Step 6

Serve hot with tea or coffee.

* Step 7

Enjoy.
