* Step 1

Boil milk on sim- Add cardemom seeds and boil on sim till it is reduced to half. Now add kesar twigs(saffronthreads) and let it boil on sim. In the meanwhile continue stirring and mixmalai start collecting on the sides. Let it boil till it becomes a thick gooey mass. Now switchoff the gas and let it cool. Now add boora chini(sugar) and mix well. Now make pedas with hands and let them cool and set. Garnish with saffron sprigs.
