I used wheat flour dough instead of suji or maida
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a ball larger than for normal puri and roll with a rolling pin.
Now deep fry it.
Now take a serving plate and place the puri and break it.
Now add boiled moong sabut dal
Chopped onion
Chopped tomato
Add namkeen bhujiya
Now add fried peanuts
Now add zero sev
* Step 2
Add salt and black pepper powder
* Step 3
Add both green and sweet chutney imli chutney
* Step 5
You can add boiled potatoes and pomegranate pearls also.
