Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Saag Saag-1bowl chopped Palak-1bowl chopped Methi leaves-1bowl chopped Onion-2,ginger-a small piece,garlic-5-6cloves grated together. Chopped tomato-2 Grated carrot -2 Boil green veggies together. Now crush them with muddler or grind in mixer. Now heat Desi ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds-1teaspoon and Pinch of Hong and saute them. Now add grated onion, ginger and garlic and saute them well. Now add chopped tomato to and carrot and saute well. Add chopped green chilli and saute it.
* Step 2
Now add turmeric powder,black pepper powder,Coriander powder and salt and mix well.
* Step 3
Now add boiled Saab and cook on aim.
* Step 4
Now add malai and cook on aim till it cooks and mix well.
* Step 5
Serve hot and garnish with butter.
