Cheesy Chicken Takatak

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First boiled chicken without adding anything.
* Step 2
Add oil in pan heat it. Then add onion fry it till golden brown in colour. Then add tomato in it fry till soft. Switch off the gas flame. Let it cool down completely then grind it and make fine paste.
* Step 3
In a pan add oil with butter heat it. Add the ginger-garlic paste it fry for 2 mins on low flame.
* Step 4
After that add onion tomato paste fry for 2 min. Then add cashew paste fry for 2 mins.
* Step 5
Then add red chilli powder, salt in it mix well. After that add garam Masala mix well. Then add tomato ketchup mix well.
* Step 6
Now add some water mix well close lid cook for 2 min in low flame.
* Step 7
After that shred the boiled chicken. Then in pan add butter and roast shredded chicken in it till little crisp.
* Step 8
Now open the lid of gravy. Add roasted crushed Kasuri methi in it then add Cardamom powder and food colour. Then add roasted shredded chicken mix well add water close lid cook for 2 min or till chicken takatak is ready.
* Step 9
Now heat the coal. Take coal in bowl keep bowl between the gravy. Add some ghee on hot coal. When smoke is coming out close the lid of pan for 5 min or till smoke is over.
* Step 10
Now remove the bowl mix the gravy. Close the lid till serve.
* Step 11
For serving : take out the gravy in serving dish garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and grated cheese. (Note down : cheese is compulsory for this recipe) it gives the very yummy taste to dish.
