Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil mutton with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and turmeric powder.
* Step 2
In big bowl add boiled mutton, Dahi, curd, milk, cream and all masalas mix well keep aside for 15 mins.
* Step 3
In pan add ghee and oil, heat it.
* Step 4
Then add mutton pieces with some Marination cook it for 5 mins.
* Step 5
Then add onion paste cook for 2 to 3 mins.
* Step 6
Now add all Marination cook for 15 min. Or till gravy is ready.
* Step 7
Now heat coal, keep it in a small bowl, add bowl in gravy, add ghee on it when smoke is coming out close the lid, Till all smoke is over.
* Step 8
Serve with chapati and rice.
