Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In non-stick pan add milk.
Add sugar to it.
Add cornflour in it.
Mix very well then keep on the gas flame.
* Step 2
Add the rose essence in it.add pink colour also.
Mix well cook for 10 mins on medium heat stir well. Close the lid keep aside cool it on room temperature.
* Step 3
Take some part in other bowl add red rose food colour or raspberry food colour in it.
Mix it very well and keep aside.
Add some nuts (Chopped dry fruits) in a serving bowl.
Pour the Mahallabia on nuts
Garnish some dry fruits or nuts on top.
* Step 4
Now for other bowl add red rose food colour mixture in Noor cake icing bag.
And use this tip for decoration.
Pour the Mahallabia in another bowl
decorate it with red rose food colour mixture.
Make the design for it.
For green colour, sugar adds green colour in normal sugar mix well green sugar is ready..decorate the sugar on Mahallabia. Keep Mahallabia in the fridge for 1 hr before serving.
