Brownies gluten free dengan cocoa powder tanpa chocolate compound. Di foto menggunakan loyang 10x10 cm. Bila ingin brownies tipis, gunakan loyang 30x10 cm.

* Step 1

Aduk gula dan telur hingga rata.

Aduk rata minyak dan cocoa powder, kemudian campur dengan adonan dan aduk rata. Teakhir masukkan tepung dan aduk rata.

Alasi loyang dengan baking paper. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang. Taburkan choco chips di atas adonan.

* Step 4

Panaskan oven selama 10 menit.

* Step 5

Panggang dengan suhu 175 derajat 20-30 menit.
