* Step 1
Cuci bersih beras, masukan semua bumbu, aduk rata. Masukan air sesuai takaran menanak nasi seperti biasa.

Potong akar jamur shimeji, rendam jamur dalam air selama 10-20 menit hingga mengembang.
* Step 3
Tumis bawang bombay yang sudah dirajang kasar hingga harum dan kecoklatan.
* Step 4
Masukan bawang bombay, jamur, tuna kalengan, dan bawang bombay. Tutup rice cooker dan setel ke mode masak.
* Step 5
