Japanese Steak Rice Bowl

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put salt and pepper on both sides of steak then put olive oil on it and set aside
* Step 2
Mix all sauce ingredients together and set aside
* Step 3
Pan fry the steak at medium low heat for 4 mins each side (medium well)
* Step 4
Place steak on baking paper and wrap it. Leave until sauce is ready
* Step 5
On the same pan, cook the sauce in low heat until onion is transparent
* Step 6
Cut the steak and put it on top of rice
* Step 7
Pour the sauce on the steak and sprinkle some spring onions
