Chicken with rice & raisins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add a mix of olive and sunflower oil and the chicken in a pot. Add salt & black pepper and wait till the chicken gets a bit of color. Then add 4 cups of water and boil on low heat.
* Step 2
Cut the onions into small pieces and caramelize them. Then add 1 cup of rice, salt, pepper, dill, mint and the raisins.
* Step 3
When the chicken is done, add 3 cups of the water into the rice, then leave for 10 minutes to cook on low heat.
* Step 4
Add everything in a tray and put it in the oven till it darkens and the water goes.
