Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Ranch Baked Seeds

I LOVE baking squash seeds and eating them! This time I had spaghetti squash seeds and acorn squash seeds. Pumpkin work well also or any other seeds you have! 🤩🤤👏👌👍 #seeds #acornsquashseeds #spaghettisquashseeds #bakedseeds #buffaloranchrecipe #franksredhotrecipe

Ingredient

2-4 servings

1-2 cups

squash seeds

1 tsp

cumin

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove seeds from your squash & rinse. Soak in salted water overnight.

* Step 2

Preheat oven to 350°. Spread seeds across greased or lined cookie sheet. Coat with additional layer of oil on top of seeds.

* Step 3

Add half of all seasonings lightly to seeds and place in oven for 15-20 minutes.

* Step 4

Remove from oven & flip seeds. Lightly coat with oil and lightly top with seasonings again. Saving a bit for the end.

* Step 5

Return to oven for another 10-15 minutes or until seeds are browned to your preference.

* Step 6

When done, place cooked seeds into container or ziplock bag & add remaining seasonings. Toss to coat well. Munch & Enjoy! 👏
