Rainbow trout in salt shell

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add egg, herbs and finely chopped lemon to the salt. Mix well.

Gut the fish, wash and dry. Sprinkle half the salt onto a baking sheet. Flatten. Place the fish on top.

Place a few slices of lemon and a sprig of rosemary in the belly. Add the other half of the salt. Form a dense shell.

Bake the fish in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes. Then let it stand on the table for a while, about 10 minutes. Break the shell and take out the fish.
