Pork chops with potatoes in the oven
Tender potatoes and juicy meat. This is one of our favorite family meals. Ideal for a large company. I cook in a large oven tray.
Taste largely depends on the filling. I cook mayonnaise myself, but you can use store-bought, liquid.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Onion cut into half rings. Beat the meat well so that it becomes thin.
* Step 2
Put the onion on a large baking sheet, meat on top. Salt and season to taste.
* Step 3
Cut potatoes into thin slices. Lay on top of the meat. Salt and season with dry garlic to taste.
* Step 4
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Spread over potatoes.
* Step 5
Mayonnaise. I make the sauce myself, based on milk and vegetable oil, without eggs. I add my favorite spices. Add mayonnaise on top of cheese.
* Step 6
Close with foil. Bake meat with potatoes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour. Then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until the top is browned.
