Cod in the oven in lemon-garlic oil

Any white fish is great for this recipe. Tender, saturated with aromas of lemon, garlic and herbs, "fish meat". 😃 A vegetable pillow is not required, but with it, you get a full-fledged dish with a side dish. #GoldenApron23

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For a vegetable pillow, I usually marinate onions in light vinegar with the addition of my favorite sauces, Worcestershire and Teriyaki. But this is optional.

Onion cut into half rings. Pour into a baking dish. Top with grated carrots.

Chop the dill with a knife. Grate the garlic on a fine grater or pass through a press. Remove the zest from one lemon.

Mix greens, garlic and zest with softened butter. Add juice squeezed from lemon. Mix thoroughly.

Rinse the fish fillets and pat dry with paper towels. Salt and season to taste with spices for fish.

Put the fish in a baking dish, on top of the carrots, in a single layer.

Spread the fragrant oil over the fish in a thick layer.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Until the fish is ready.
