Mackerel in sour cream, with broccoli and tomatoes, in the oven

Incredibly tasty, full-fledged fish dish. Mackerel, rich in aromas of garlic, lemon and herbs, combined with your favorite vegetables. Sheer pleasure! #GoldenApron23

Gut the mackerel, wash and dry with a paper towel.

Make deep cuts across the carcasses. Salt the cuts. Inside, season with fish spices.

Lemon cut into thin slices. Insert the slices into the slits on both sides of the mackerel.
