Mackerel in sour cream, with broccoli and tomatoes, in the oven
Incredibly tasty, full-fledged fish dish. Mackerel, rich in aromas of garlic, lemon and herbs, combined with your favorite vegetables. Sheer pleasure!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Gut the mackerel, wash and dry with a paper towel.
* Step 2
Make deep cuts across the carcasses. Salt the cuts. Inside, season with fish spices.
* Step 3
Lemon cut into thin slices. Insert the slices into the slits on both sides of the mackerel.
* Step 4
Put the fish in a baking dish. Brush with sour cream on both sides.
* Step 5
Finely chop the parsley and garlic with a knife. Add salt, Worcestershire sauce and the juice of half a lemon. A little olive oil. Mix well.
* Step 6
Put the stuffing inside the mackerel.
* Step 7
Defrost broccoli (or cook for 3-5 minutes if fresh), divide into inflorescences, spread around the fish.
* Step 8
Cut the tomato into large pieces and add to the broccoli. Salt the vegetables, sprinkle with onion and drizzle with a little oil.
* Step 9
Bake mackerel in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
