Dessert Eton Mess
This English dessert has a history. In fact, this is an analogue of the famous Pavlova dessert, only in such a simple and slightly sloppy execution. Very sweet, very tasty and festive, really summery.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Whip cream until creamy at high speed. Be careful not to turn them into butter! We do not add sugar, because, in theory, very sweet meringue.
* Step 2
Chop the strawberries not very finely. Add to cream.
* Step 3
Prepare meringue yourself, or buy ready-made. Break into large pieces directly to the cream and strawberries. Mix carefully.
* Step 4
Arrange the mass in molds or beautiful glasses. To put in fridge.
* Step 5
Make raspberry syrup. Place raspberries in a saucepan, add sugar. On medium heat, let the sugar melt, and let the berries juice. Boil. Boil two minutes. Cool down.
* Step 6
When the syrup has cooled, pour over dessert. One spoon will be enough. Decorate with berries.
* Step 7
You can cook this treat in advance, then the texture of the meringue is almost not felt. But we like it when the pieces of meringue are still felt.
