Dessert Eton Mess

This English dessert has a history. In fact, this is an analogue of the famous Pavlova dessert, only in such a simple and slightly sloppy execution. Very sweet, very tasty and festive, really summery. #SummerFruits

Cooking instructions

Whip cream until creamy at high speed. Be careful not to turn them into butter! We do not add sugar, because, in theory, very sweet meringue.

Chop the strawberries not very finely. Add to cream.

Prepare meringue yourself, or buy ready-made. Break into large pieces directly to the cream and strawberries. Mix carefully.

Arrange the mass in molds or beautiful glasses. To put in fridge.

Make raspberry syrup. Place raspberries in a saucepan, add sugar. On medium heat, let the sugar melt, and let the berries juice. Boil. Boil two minutes. Cool down.
