Stingray wings in the oven

Very tasty and unusual product. There is no need to strictly observe the proportions of spices. Everything is approx. The main thing is to soak the fins with high quality, often changing the water. It took me four hours to soak, changing the water twice. And 30 minutes to marinate before baking. #CookTheSeason #fish

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the stingray wings well and soak in cold water for at least two hours, changing the water twice. Add salt and lemon juice or vinegar to the water. Approximately not much. Just acidify and salt the water.

* Step 2

After soaking, rinse the fins and place in the marinade. You don't need much water for the marinade, just enough to cover the fins. Add sugar, salt and lemon juice. Leave for 30 minutes.

After marinating, rinse the stingray wings well under running water and dry with paper towels.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Lubricate with vegetable oil, any.
