Closed white fish pie in Pesto sauce
Two different Pesto, the main components of this pie. Green and Red. They perfectly complement each other and the fish turns out incredibly tasty, inside the pie. Sand dough. You can cook at home or buy ready-made.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the fish, pat dry with paper towels. Try on an unfolded sheet of dough so that the dough can be folded in half.
* Step 2
Salt the fillet and season with pepper to taste. Spread green pesto on one side. Lay this side on the dough.
* Step 3
Spread the other side with red pesto. Place the fish on half a sheet of dough, tightly enough. The pieces will shrink during the baking process.
* Step 4
Close with the second half of the dough, pinch the edges well. Make a few cuts with a knife to release steam.
* Step 5
You can sprinkle sesame seeds on top if you have. I sprinkled with lemon zest. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
* Step 6
Bake the cake for about 40 minutes. Until ruddy. Focus on your oven. Brush the top of the pie once with the beaten egg.
