Pizza on yeast dough with turkey and pineapples
Very simple yeast dough, without milk and eggs. Easy to knead both by hand and in a food processor with the hook attachment.
The main thing is live, working yeast. I usually use the ones that are added to the flour and don't need to wake up in the liquid. Flour leaves each time, a different amount, so in the description I give approximately. Add gradually.

Очень простое дрожжевое тесто, без молока и яиц. Легко замесить как руками, так и в комбайне с насадкой Крюк.
Главное, это живые, рабочие дрожжи. Я обычно использую те, которые добавляются в муку и не требуют пробуждения в жидкости. Муки уходит каждый раз, разное количество, поэтому в описании даю приблизительно. Добавляйте постепенно.

* Step 1
In a container convenient for kneading, mix warm water, vegetable oil, salt and sugar. Sift 500 gr flour. Add in portions to the dough. Enter the yeast into the dry part of the flour and add it to the liquid with it. Knead plastic dough. Form a ball and leave in a warm place for one hour.
* Step 2
Do not flour the dough. Let it stick to your hands a little better, but remain “alive”. After proofing, punch down the dough. Mix a little. You can lubricate your hands with vegetable oil. Roll out with a rolling pin to desired size. Place on a baking sheet on baking paper.
* Step 3
Boil the turkey thigh flesh in salted water with the addition of your favorite spices. Cool, cut into slices.
* Step 4
Ham, tomatoes and olives cut arbitrarily. Cut pineapples into quarters, or as you like.
* Step 5
Mix mayonnaise and tomato sauce. Lubricate the dough sheet. Sprinkle with grated on a coarse grater, one of the cheeses, such as Gouda. Finely chop the second with a knife, or also grate on a coarse grater.
* Step 6
Put all pizza toppings on top of Gouda. Sprinkle with a second cheese, such as Mozzarella.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Focus on your oven and the condition of the dough.
