No-waste potato skin crisps
The best chef snack when making a Sunday roast! Flavour these with any spices you like

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180c fan. Toss the potato skins in salt, smoked paprika and a drizzle of oil
* Step 2
Spread them evenly on a large baking sheet, the roast for 15-20 mins until crisp.
* Step 3
Allow to cool a little, then serve
